Refunds are issued only if a personalized song is never delivered within our promised timeframe. As our songs are downloadable digital products tailored specifically to your request, refunds are not available once the song has been delivered.
To ensure you are satisfied with your custom song, every purchase includes one revision. If you feel a detail was missed or the mood isn't quite right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to request your revision.
