Refund Policy
At Volyrical, we strive for perfection in every track. Refunds are issued exclusively in the event that a personalized song is never delivered to the customer. As our products are custom-created downloadable digital assets, refunds are not available once the song has been delivered via email or download link.
Terms of Service
By utilizing Volyrical, you agree that you are providing personal stories and information for the sole purpose of musical composition. Each order includes one revision to ensure satisfaction. The final audio file is for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly purchased. We reserve the right to refuse service for content that is offensive or violates our community standards.
Privacy Policy
Your trust is our greatest asset. Volyrical collects only the information necessary to craft your custom song, including your name, email, and the details of the story you wish to share. We do not sell or share your personal stories with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law. All memories shared are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
